Hanover Supervisor Scott Wyatt is vying to replace Chris Peace as the next Republican Delegate in Virginia’s 97th House District.
The move comes after Chris Peace voted for the Democrat proposal to expand Obamacare in Virginia. Peace defends this vote, but Wyatt hopes it will rally the district’s conservative base into action.
Saturday, May 4th, a Republican convention is being held at Atlee High School to select between the two candidates.
